Quilting Services

Upon completion and submission of this form, you are placed in the waiting list.  The waiting list (turn-around time) is always estimated at 3-months from date of form submission.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the quilt is received by Warm N Cozy Quilt a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the estimated completion date.  (Example:  You complete the form submission on January 1.  Your expected completion date will be April 1st.  Your quilt must be in-store no later than March 18th to retain your spot in line. It is acceptable (and encouraged) to drop off quilts sooner.)

If personally delivering your quilt to Warm N Cozy, we will review the quilt with you and verify thread color choice, backing, and batting at the time of delivery.  If you will be mailing your quilt to Warm N Cozy, one of our experienced staff members will review your quilt upon receipt, and contact you directly to ensure everything is in order.  At the end of the receiving process you will be given an estimate price, and verification of target completion date.  Once quilted, the customer will be contacted by Warm N Cozy.  If the quilt will be shipped back to you, we will email a final invoice.   Completed quilts will not be shipped until final invoice is paid in full.
