Returns and Exchanges


Here at Warm N Cozy Quilting, customer service is extremely important to us. If something with your purchase is incorrect (flawed or defective items, incorrect item or incorrect pricing, etc), please contact us as soon as possible! We will do everything we can to make it right with you.

Please note that anything that is cut off a bolt, such as cut fabrics, batting, interfacings, etc, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Our return policy allows for the return or exchange of products within 30 days of purchase or  30 days from delivery for mailed orders. Please provide receipt, order number, tracking number and/or any other identifying information at the time of your return or exchange request. If the order was mailed, a refund cannot be processed until we recieve the product, or proof of product damage or defect. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All refunds will be processed back to the payment method used at the time of purchase, or will be applied to customer profile as a store credit to be applied toward a future purchase. Please note, debit/credit transaction refunds make take several days to process back to your account. Please check your institution for more information on their processing time.

For items eligible for return, please ensure they are returned with their original packaging. You can start your return process by visiting our store or contacting us at info@warmncozyquilting.com or calling us at (618) 719-2565. Please provide as much information as possible during your inquiry.
