Warm N Cozy will accept returns with receipt within 30 days of purchase on most items. All returned items need to be in new, unused condition and must have original packaging. If your order was shipped to you, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any cut fabric yardage is not returnable unless the fabric has a manufacturer flaw in the printing. We ship out orders within 2 business days Tuesday - Friday. We ship through USPS unless otherwise noted. We charge a flat rate of $8.50 per package for all shipments. Warm N Cozy Quilting provides professional quilting services. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact one of the owners for a solution. While we are rarely late, your completion date is a "target date" and not a gaurantee. Please make us aware of any specials dates so we can do our best to meet your expectations.
